Role: Finance and Administration Coordinator

Location:
Shipley, West Yorkshire. This role may include some national travel, as well as travel to other parts of the UK for team meetings or to support our events.
Purpose:
This is a generalist role that would suit someone who is flexible, who likes people, who thrives on variety and who enjoys finding solutions for things. Working with a small team to provide a full range of financial and administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient organisation and delivery of our charitable aims.

Role: Volunteer Manager
Salary:
£28,000 (Pro rata based on 37.5-hour week), equating to max. £16,800 for 22.5 hours
Hours:
Part-time up to 22.5 hours a week

Location:
UK, home-based, potential for a hybrid agreement for those who prefer to commute to our office in Shipley, West Yorkshire. This role will include evening and weekend work, some national travel, as well as travel to the North of England for team meetings.
Purpose:
Responsible for the effective management of our volunteer programme ensuring volunteers have a positive, impactful, and beneficial experience. You'll manage volunteers, advertise and recruit, and onboard new volunteers, liaising with the team on the needs of the charity. You'll also monitor and evaluate volunteer-led programmes. Always seeking ways to develop our community and embedding volunteering across our work.
You will coordinate, sustain, and grow our volunteer model and volunteer base in support of our charitable objectives.

Role: Sessional Support Worker (Children's and Teens)
Salary:
£100 per session (a minimum of 2 sessions to be delivered with the potential for more depending on your location)
Hours:
Each session will require half-a-day to deliver, plus a little bit of admin time. We expect the sessions to take place on the weekends.
Contract/Terms and Condtions:
Sessional, 12-month pilot project
Location:
SE of England/ Wales/ Scotland
Purpose:
To oversee and deliver fun, engaging, and safe peer support events for children/teens and their families affected by alopecia across the UK.

Please note, that an enhanced DBS check is required for this role.
