If you have ever watched any Christmas film, ‘ believing ’ is a big part of most of the plots. This December, we are asking our community to decide if they believe..

Do you believe in our mission ‘to improve the lives of those affected by alopecia’?

Do you believe in our core aims of Support, Awareness and Research?

Do you believe that those with alopecia deserve a charity working on their behalf?

If the answer to one of these questions is ‘ Yes, I believe’ , we are hoping you might support us this December.

We do not have a snazzy campaign. We do not have a marketing team. We are not a big charity.

What we do have is a small staff team, supported by a trustee board and group of volunteers, all passionate about providing adults and children affected by alopecia with the things they need to live confidently and happily. Things like our informative website, our telephone helpline, our network of face-to-face support groups, our national events including Big Weekend, Alton Towers and Kingswood residential, our busy private Facebook groups, and much more!

If you believe in this work, if you believe in Alopecia UK, we are asking if you will consider supporting our work with a donation this December, whether that be setting up a regular monthly gift, or making a one-off donation.

Anything we can receive will be hugely appreciated. We simply cannot do what we do without the support of individual donors and fundraisers. We know with the current cost-of-living crisis, this is a difficult time for many but if you can afford a small donation to Alopecia UK, please know that no gift is too small (or big!). Every penny given will help Alopecia UK be there for those who need us.
